Ice-patched Walking Trail

Today I found this ice-patched walking trail through an old stand of Pines alongside the river surprisingly free of snow; however, a current winter snowfall warning forecasting periods of heavy snow and blowing snow, beginning tonight, will create a landscape of a somewhat different hue and texture by tomorrow.
