bobbie: I have another picture that shows a bit of elevation but I don't think it is extremerly high although I really can't remember the details of its location too much. This is an older picture taken in the early 90's. I was prompted to look it up as I remembered its similar shape and colour to the Barnegat Lighthouse photo you had posted. I can see now that the Mispec one is much shorter and smaller and maybe even a bit stouter.
The shuddering wind shook my house Forgetting to whisper in its summer voice It boisterously shouted; Jesting in its autumnal tones of summer's end!

Welcome to Varying Seasons
Varying Seasons features photos taken in the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Alberta. Also, from time to time, landscapes from other provinces may be featured as well.
Gallimaufry Gleanings
Perhaps of interest to some is a new blog which I have started. It is called Gallimaufry Gleanings and it will contain a hodgepodge of items and observations.

Cute little lighthouse. At least, it looks little from here. Is it sitting up on high ground?
