WOW! And there is an image ... a face ... a man in the clouds ... he has one arm outstretched, I can see him!!
In England we have a saying:
'Red sky at night - shepherd's delight;
Red sky in the morning - shepherd's warning'
That looks like a pretty serious warning to me!

In North America we have a similar saying:
"Red sky at night, sailors delight:
Red sky in the morning, sailors take warning"
...and it held true - for we did have rain later on that day!
